Gibraltar has a fantastic caring community and at the core of In2adventures culture is an aim to help strengthen our Community. We work closely with charities to raise money for worthy causes and provide a platform for educating and inspiring young people.

In2adventures has a real passion for protecting the environment. The team has completed a number of stand-up paddle boarding events to raise money for environmental causes and offers discounts to paddlers that collect plastic from the sea. We live in such a beautiful place and we need to change our lifestyle to protect it. Sadly 8 million bits of plastic enters our seas every day. 80% of marine litter originates from land-based sources. Sadly 1 million sea birds and 100,000 mammals die every year from the effects of marine litter. This has to change. In2adventures mission is to raise awareness, to inspire and educate others along the way to reduce single use plastic consumption.

Tom Cawthorn

Founder & SUP Instructor

Tom is the founder of In2adventures and been a pioneer for stand-up paddle boarding in Gibraltar. His love for the outdoors is infectious, and he’s inspired people of all ages and from all walks of life to get out and paddle. Toms vast world-wide travelling experiences and passion for the environment and the local community has created a culture that operates in collaboration with the surrounding environment. Tom is an experienced paddle instructor, sports coach and Moroccan mountain guide.

Jimmy Gracia

Rock Adventure Instructor

Jimmy is an outdoors man and is qualified as an instructor in many adventure activities. A keen mountaineer and also paddle sport coach. Following a full successful career in the military he developed his outdoor instructor skills and worked in the outdoor industry in Cornwall. He has been on numerous expeditions around the world including high altitude mountaineering in the Himalayas and the European Alps.

Craig Sacarello

Founder & Corporate Activities Organizer

Craig is a Co-founder of In2adventures and adds a great amount of local experience to the team. His thirst for the outdoors and sports matched with extensive knowledge of the corporate and team building market brings a professional side to the In2adventures line up.

Paul Bellinghan

SUP Instructor

Paul loves the great outdoors and is qualified paddleboard instructor. He is passionate about the ocean and when he is not guiding he is out on the water chasing dolphins. Paul is committed to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for SUP, he has immense knowledge of the best paddle spots and boundless energy

Stacey Sand

Social Media Manager

Our newest member of the team, Stacey has a passion for paddle boarding, adventure and the ocean. She is an expert in social media and an awesome eye for a photo.
